Soft Services Manager - Hereford 

Up to £36,400 per Annum (DOE)

Monday - Friday role!

We are seeking an experienced Soft Services Manager with experience in the facilities management industry to join our team based in Hereford.

The selected individual will be responsible for ensuring that the team are focused and attending their duties as delegated. The successful candidate will also be responsible for ensuring that any escalations are dealt with in swift and timely manner along with building strong relationships with all members of staff and client on site.

  • Security Services
  • Pest Control
  • Ground Maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
  • The role is to ensure that the services are delivered to the required standards detailed in the contract specification through the application of high-level technical skills across the range of functional activities.
  • To deliver elements within the business plan to achieve current year's performance.
  • To contribute to the annual business, financial and people plan for the contract
  • To ensure that service delivery meets or exceeds agreed budgets.
  • To coach/support the FM team in the financial delivery of their roles.
  • To maintain effective internal and external client and user relationships within area of responsibility. 
  • To deliver Health and Safety policy and standards.

Desirable
  • At least 3 years operational experience of managing in at least one functional area with experience of managing a multi-service operation.
  • Experience of managing in an FM office environment, and/or food production environment (factory/high volume
