You will be responsible for your own team who will be delivering Cleaning and Security services. This role is based with our client based in Reigate and you will have a team of 14 direct reports. Job Description

- £30,000 per annum depending on experience
- Monday to Friday - 40 Hours

You will be responsible for managing a motivated, trained team across these multiple services providing great quality cleaning and support services that deliver and develop 14forty standards. You will be accountable for HSE, P&L, labour management and budgets, as well mentoring and coaching your team. Who you are:

- Management experience ideally from a Soft Services background
- Have an excellent eye for detail
- Experience of working within brand guidelines to deliver results
- The ability to deal with stake holder engagement and communicate with clients
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong administrative background
