Job Description

Atos is looking to recruit an experienced Solution Architect to become part of our new Team of Business Analysts and Solution Architects and build a Centre of Excellence. This Centre will be responsible for developing Atos' capabilities in re-platforming software tools with crucial importance to our future business and services. The Solution Architect will be working with the Senior Life and Pensions Business Consultant in order to improve processes and services and to provide tailored made technical decisions in the P&l and Finance fields.

 

The role is encouraged to be responsible for:

 

  • Defining a clear strategy for system migrations and successful program delivery to realize desired business outcomes and management of all System technical documentation;

  • Supporting the development of a ‘Product’ roadmap and help framework improvement efficiency and reduce the cost of ATOS re-platforming strategy to align to BPS Architecture;

  • Building a strong working relationship with the Atos Architecture & technical teams as well as our partners and clients` teams;

  • Producing impact assessments within SLA’s of contractual obligations;

  • Resolving technical issues when they arise;

 

Collaborate closely with both internal and external teams:

 

  • To attest that solution conforms to business requirements;

  • Be business partners' trusted Advisor on the technical solutions being implemented and provide them with ongoing training;

  • Play the role of advocate for the required cultural step-change – applying ‘out of the box’ approach and challenge team members` requirements to minimize complexities and innovations.

 

Desirable Criteria:

 

  • Educated to degree level or at least equivalent and/or holds a relevant professional qualification;

  • Experience of similar migrations and platform transformations;

  • Work in close collaboration with partners and support Atos strategy;

  • High level of energy and ability to communicate efficiently and express his/her thoughts clearly.
