Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head Chef in leading kitchen operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day service
  • Create and present high-quality, fresh dishes tailored to the Bloomberg environment
  • Develop innovative, seasonal menus that reflect the latest food trends
  • Maintain rigorous standards for food hygiene and health & safety
  • Manage stock control, food waste, and budgetary requirements
  • Train, mentor, and supervise junior kitchen staff
  • Ensure high standards are upheld in all aspects of food service
Our Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Have significant experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar high-volume kitchen role
  • Possess a passion for fresh, high-quality ingredients and innovative cooking
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and excellent communication skills
  • Be organized, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to multitask
