Location: London SE1
Schedule: 40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 (flexibility required, occasional evening shifts). Paid overtime available.
Salary: £38,000

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
  • Oversee kitchen operations during service, maintaining efficiency and smooth workflow.
  • Train, mentor, and inspire junior members of the kitchen team.
  • Assist in menu development, incorporating creativity and seasonal ingredients.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and food cost efficiency.
