Location: WC2R0DT
Rate of pay: £16.36 per hour
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Mon - Fri, 07:30 - 15:30

Key responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 4 to deliver busy breakfast and lunch service.

  • Oversee all aspects of health & safety, quality, and achieving commercial targets.

  • Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and timely service for up to approximately 180 covers per day.

  • Deliver contract catering and canteen-style service.

  • Support the Chef Manager with food production, menu writing, and developing innovative food ideas.

  • Lead the kitchen in the Chef Manager's absence.

  • Maintain excellent cooking skills with attention to detail and presentation.

  • Work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership and effective communication skills.
