Job Description

The SEND area at Weston College leads the field and is proactive in informing the sector, sharing good practice and developing inclusive provision for all learners. This specialist support provision is extended across all the teaching campuses at Weston College including Knightstone, South West Skills, Loxton, HALC and Weston Bay - the college’s residential training centre.

The post holder will delivery specialist support programmes for students who are studying predominantly within the Sensory Learning Base within the Preparation for Life area at Weston College. External and internal collaboration with curriculum staff, personal tutors, assessors, job coaches and employers is critical in enabling students to overcome their barriers, develop their independence and achieve sustainable progression.
