VOID Supervisor
Dover
Full time - Permanent - 42.5 Hours per week 8am -5pm
£38,514 per annum,- Plus Van and Fuel Card
About the Role:
Are you a skilled leader with a passion for maintaining and improving facilities? We're seeking a dynamic Void Supervisor to oversee our void operations. As part of our team, you'll:
- Achieve KPI Targets: Lead by example, ensuring our team meets pre-agreed Key Performance Indicator (KPI) targets.
- Build Client Relationships: Foster excellent working relationships with clients and partners.
- Ensure Quality and Safety: Monitor work quality, compliance with policies, and adherence to health and safety procedures.
- Manage Work Progress: Keep projects on track and address any performance issues promptly.
- Support Out-of-Hours Service: Collaborate with other supervisors to manage after-hours service.
Key Criteria:
- Social Housing Experience: Familiarity with managing maintenance and repairs in social housing settings.
- NHF SOR Experience: Knowledge of the National Housing Federation (NHF) Schedule of Rates (SOR) for pricing repairs and maintenance work.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Driving License: Possession of a valid driving license for site visits and travel.
- Customer Service Experience: Ability to interact positively with clients and address their needs.
