Here at Compass we are looking for an operations support manager to work directly with the Finance Manager in managing all aspects of payment systems, vending and finance controls within Compass.

This is a mobile role where you will be a key support across various UK sites.

Main responsibilities

As the Operations Support Manager no two days will be the same. You will

ensure that Compass maximise the benefits available by supporting the management of contracts and ensuring we fully engage in the best Finance, EPoS, vending, sustainability strategies and cashless practices whilst analysing data to provide commercial solutions for both Compass and clients.

Day to day you will provide full financial support and system control to various key sites across the UK, improving processes and quantifying change and manage suppliers. Primarily you will oversee the Epos and cash systems.

This is a flexible role where the needs of then business could change daily.
