Client Engagement

• Build trusting, supportive relationships with individuals referred to the service.
• Work collaboratively to identify needs, strengths, and barriers to engagement.

Health & Social Care Support

• Help service users access support for health needs, substance misuse, housing, finances, employment, education, and Primary Care.
• Provide practical guidance to improve stability and wellbeing.

Caseload Management

• Hold and manage a caseload, offering consistent, person centred support.
• Keep clear, accurate records in line with service requirements.

Multi Agency Working

• Work with partner organisations across health, social care, voluntary sector, and criminal justice.
• Advocate for service users to ensure they receive appropriate support.

Working Across Justice Settings

• Provide support in custody suites, courts, prisons, and community locations.
• Adapt your approach to suit different environments and individual needs.

Resettlement Support

• Assist individuals leaving prison with accessing services and reintegrating into the community.
