For our support roles you will need to be caring and patient and able to treat people with dignity, respect and compassion. You must have good communication skills, including listening and picking up on non-verbal communication. You also need to be able to work well either on your own or as part of a team, keep good records and follow guidelines. Your values are more important than experience - some of our best support workers joined us with no previous experience.
