About the Role:
The Team Manager is responsible for the line management of a team of Customer Advisers, who provide the initial point of contact for Hertfordshire citizens and businesses. The manager will also oversee any admin duties within the team to ensure delivery against agreed KPI's.
The Team Manager will Identify training and development needs and monitor the quality of the service being delivered and support the Contact Centre Manager in achieving service levels by maintaining a positive, motivated team dedicated to the delivery of excellent customer service and committed to the business objectives of the team.
The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator with managerial experience in a similar role. You will be expected to motivate and develop members of your team, so we are looking for someone who is passionate about leading effectively.
