Our Gleeds Nottingham office is recruiting a technical administrator to join a busy, thriving team where flexibility and a hard-working attitude will be key.
You will be responsible for the timely and accurate processing of invoices across an in-house system. Experience of processing high volumes of invoices accurately is essential in this role. Also, you will be required to liaise with our internal and external customers therefore it is essential that you have first class, professional communication skills.Responsibilities
- Undertaking general office management and administration duties comprising of diary management, managing meeting bookings and catering, office accounts
- Prepare and input invoices into an in-house system.
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Organising meetings
- Managing databases
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports

About The CandidateWho we’re looking for;
Candidates should have proven experience in a similar administrative role. You should have an eye for detail, be able to manage your own time and be able to work to deadlines. We are looking for an organised, helpful team player who is proactive along with a "can do" attitude and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Overall, this role requires a combination of excellent administrative ability, good verbal and written communication skills, and a professional approach to all aspects of your work.
You will have intermediate to advanced knowledge of working with Microsoft Office Suite, with exceptional Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills. SAP/payment protocol experience would be an advantage
Ideally you will have a business administration or marketing related qualification, and GCSE in English.
