Here at Serco we're looking for a Technical Compliance Assistant to join us at Darent Valley Hospital. Reporting into the Technical Compliance Manager, you will produce monthly Statutory and Contract Compliance Measurement reports, ensuring the correct uploading of asset information, compliance measurement data and planned activity into the database. The post-holder will also support the development of working group for the Drawing User Group, attend meetings and contribute to agreed actions set by the working group.
Attention to detail is key for this role as you will maintain the technical library of technical records and produce drawing update information and provide asset condition and site survey data support.
Other duties will include uploading Fire Door inspection and remedial work, updating fire register information and issuing access codes to security and approved personnel upon request to enable access.
What you'll need to do the role
You will have Previous experience working within a similar FM role or environment and excellent organisational ability with superior time management skills and the capacity to work independently to deliver results with initiative, responsibility, and discretion.
