Royal Devon University Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust has a vacancy for an experienced Technical Support Analyst to focus on project work.
This role is wide ranging, working across Digital teams, clinical and admin teams, and suppliers to design and implement new digitial solutions. You should have a wide breadth of knowledge, be articulate, have the ability to understand new technology quickly and translate that information into solution designs for consumption by both technical and non-technical teams.
You will need to be able to follow the design work up by implementing, with support from other teams and suppliers, the solution, and relay key information to the BAU teams to allow for handover and ongoing support.
You will need to be self-motivated and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working Pattern: 9-5 Monday-Friday
