Temporary Education Coordinator - Part Time

Activate Learning are now looking for a temporary Faculty Coordinator to join our Academic and Professional Studies team at City of Oxford College. This is a temporary, part-time assignment to start as soon as possible for up to five weeks, working 16 hours per week and with the potential to earn up to £12.69 per hour depending on skills and experience.

Your duties will include supporting your faculty with registers, timetables, communications with parents and students and the delivery of study programmes, as well as assisting with coordinating student interviews and assessments. 

What do you need to be successful in this role?

We are looking for a highly organised and attentive individual who can adapt to the world of education and always work and act in accordance with the group's Vision, Values and Strategic Plan. There will be a large amount of work with excel spreadsheets, so you must be confident at manipulating data. If you think you have great communication skills, are passionate about supporting students, and are very IT literate, whilst enjoying a fast-paced target and quality driven environment, we would like to hear from you.
