Trainee Obsolescence Administrator

Location: Basingstoke (with flexibility)

Your role

We are looking for a Trainee Obsolescence Administrator to provide support across numerous projects. 

Your role will involve managing ILS and Obsolescence processes including the following:

- Obsolescence Alerts
- Obsolescence Notification Documents
- Updating Obsolescence Management Logs
- Distributing customer communications
- Updating data in the ILS Databases
- Having technical knowledge of common IT equipment.

Full training will be given to understand the ILS processes, which are fully documented, so possessing skills in Excel and Word are what is important.

There is the potential for further development into an ‘Obsolescence Engineer’ role for the right candidate who shows the right skills and attitude.

Your experience

Proficiency in Microsoft products including;

- Word
- Access
- Excel
- SharePoint
- Outlook
