Trainer/ Assessor

Location: Flexible, the role will be covering contracts in the Midlands

About the role

As Trainer/ Assessor, you will be producing and delivering training material to enable the company to meet the detailed requirements of JAPUT, LANTRA and City & Guilds. You will be training and assessing staff and workforce throughout the business in various disciplines including driver training, SAFED, mobile plant, small tools and Health and Safety training.

What do we need from you?

To be successful, you will hold experience of a Highways Maintenance operational background, minimum of 2 years' experience of LANTRA 12 AB Foreman or Operative along with IPV Live and Non Live as well as City & Guilds Winter Service Operator Card and a LGV Driving Licence.

You will also need to be willing to work occasional nights when accessing TM, as well as willing to travel for trainer meetings, initial training courses and potentially to support other contracts at Kier Highways.
