Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Trainer to work on a project delivering mental health and wellbeing training to staff and students at the University of Sheffield. The role will involve a considerable amount of promotion to both staff and students and the post holder will be required to assist the Project Co-ordinator in the delivery of sessions as well deliver some sessions themselves, with the assistance of other colleagues.

We welcome applicants with experience of supporting workplace wellbeing or of working with or around young adults experiencing mental health difficulties.

The successful applicant will be required to be flexible in their approach, working closely with the Project Coordinator to plan sessions and make sure that training assistants are available to assist. Good verbal communication skills will be required as will a good understanding of IT, as the training will be delivered on line. The materials and session plans have been devised already, we need someone that can bring them to life and engage a wide audience
