Location: You can work in London/home; we have people working all over the UK but also a range of office locations.

What You'll Do
Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviours, and motivations, reporting to the Lead UX Researcher and helping to elevate the quality of UX research within organization
Collaborate with designers, product owners, and our strategy team to inform product development, independently prioritizing, scoping, and planning research activities
Communicate research findings effectively to stakeholders, including clear and concise presentations and reports tailored to different audience levels
Utilize a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods, extracting meaningful insights from data to inform product decisions
Who You Are
A passionate UX researcher with a deep understanding of user-centred design principles and empathy for user needs
Possesses proven experience conducting user research, including usability testing, in depth interviews, diary studies and surveys
Demonstrates strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
Captivates audiences with clear, concise, and persuasive presentations
Excels at collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience conducting user research for digital products or services within a research team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team
Preferred Qualifications: Experience with diary studies
