We are looking for a Warehouse Administrator to join our dynamic and fast paced team at Croydon. KN Drinks Logistics is a wholly owned business within the KN group, providing a national platform for the distribution of drinks and associated services to retail outlets across the UK.


The successful candidate will ensure efficiency and service standards of administration on the secondary distribution operation. In addition to complying with agreed KPIs and Health and Safety policies and procedures, ensuring focus on business excellence and continuous improvement of operational efficiency and customer service. The role involves working across varied shifts on a rotation basis Monday-Friday 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and nights Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am.


  • To comply with site Health and Safety policies and processes to help provide a safe working environment
  • To comply with company, industry and legal standards across the function
  • To comply with the Company sickness and absence policy
  • To ensure that information is supplied to agreed timescales and standards of accuracy
  • To be part of the development of a positive, co-operative and mutually supportive working culture amongst all employees
  • Warehouse & Goods In administration duties


  • Understanding of warehouse practices e.g. picking, loading with the ability to work to agreed targets and KPI's
  • Excellent organizational skills and strong interpersonal skills
  • Sound financial understanding and commercial awareness
  • Sound knowledge of SAP and warehouse management system and understanding of warehouse and transport practices
  • Stock and Logistics experience is a prerequisite for the role
  • Excellent attention to detail and customer focus with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
  • Keen team player with a decisive and proactive approach to problems and finding solution
  • Excellent numeric, literacy skills and PC literate
  • Excellent time management with the ability to work to fixed deadline in a fast pace environment
