Our Warehouse operatives are seen as the main drive of the operation by fulfilling our customer needs. By carrying out picking/goods in/goods out tasks with use of provided tools you will be able to provide that customer service within the level and timescale expected. The successful applicants will ensure that products are processed and handled correctly by completing daily warehouse activities throughout the warehouse using MHE, Manual handling and the computer system to achieve customer requirements efficiently, accurately and safely in order to meet the needs of the business and contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPI's). Working on a flexible shift pattern (0600 - 1400, 1400 - 2200, 5 over 7)


  • Accurate and safe order picking of product in accordance with training to ensure achievement of KPI's
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
  • Driving of warehouse fleet safety and in accordance with training
  • Loading and unloading of vehicles safely
  • Assist in all areas as and when required to meet operational needs
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures
  • Handle products in accordance with the Manual Handling techniques and Approve code of Practice
  • In the line of business requirements you might be ask to perform other duties after appropriate training will be provided


  • Experience of working to agreed targets
  • PC literate and numerate
  • MHE licence (where applicable)
  • Preferred Handheld Radio Frequency Device Experience
  • Understanding of warehouse practises e.g. picking, loading
  • Ability to work individually or as part of a team
  • Reliable and committed to attending work on time
  • Good Communication skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to prioritise and multi task
