Role Description
Working on a leading Insurance brand, this is a key digital role focused on direct online acquisition journeys. Part of the Sales Optimisation team, your primary role is to lead the delivery of our optimisation plan to improve conversion of prospect traffic. It’s an exciting opportunity for an experienced digital marketer to join a high performing team, working for a major brand.
Key responsibilities:
- Plan and execute the optimisation roadmap to increase conversion of online prospects in line with sales targets
- Lead use of Adobe Test & Target platform to deliver a ‘test and learn’ optimisation strategy using AB / multivariate testing and quantify impact
- Support and develop the Web Optimisation Executive
- Work closely with the Web Analyst to gather insight from the analytics toolkit (GA, Contentsquare) allowing optimisation based on data driven insight
- Lead sales web chat optimisation working closely with the Sales Team to increase usage, effectiveness of chats and quantify impact on sales conversion
- Manage briefings to the web agency and collaborate with internal teams (Product Owners, IT, UAT, etc) for effective delivery of all optimisation and web change activity
- Act as digital expert to support the wider Marketing team to ensure effective delivery of other online projects
About You
- Strong digital marketer with experience in planning and delivering successful online optimisation programmes
- Experience of deploying AB/multivariate testing in an Ecommerce environment. Use of Adobe Target an advantage
- Strong change management skills and experience of working with external agencies
- Good working knowledge of web analytics and evidence of turning insights into actions to drive sales performance
- Results orientated with strong financial/numerical skills
- Good communication skills and collaborative approach
- Educated to degree level
- Strong external outlook and a passion for digital
