This is a unique opportunity to join and be part of growing the Capgemini Workday capability and working with a number of FTSE 100 companies. Capgemini’s Workday Practice is growing with more than 300 consultants globally and you’ll be an important part of the Workday capability. This role presents the opportunity to establish strong credentials as a Workday Consultant and Workstream Lead.

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will have experience in the delivery integrations for Workday projects and be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the policies and processes that drive best-practice integration design and development as well as the Workday deployment methodology.  In addition, you’ll have a strong knowledge of the cross-functional interdependencies and experience working with clients to address challenges. You’ll be comfortable working across functional, technical and data teams across consisting of UK-based and international team members, and linking-in to a wider programme and account team. Key will be your ability to understand the application of integration development technologies within the Workday solution.

Your role

  • You’ll be working with clients at all levels and advising them on the best solution possible integrations solutions to meet their Workday process requirements.
  • The role will include integrations design with technical analysis to support Workday functionality and, advising and influencing decisions of key business stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • You’ll be undertaking the design and development of Workday integrations and understand the dependent impacts on the wider functional and technology landscapes, will contribute to Capgemini’s Workday delivery initiatives and contribute to extending the expertise within the Workday Practice and wider within Capgemini.

Your profile

You’ll have experience in at least three end-to-end Workday deployments as an Integration Consultant and/or Integration Lead. Additionally, you’ll have:

  • Strong Consulting skills – demonstrable presentation and client facing skills.  All candidates must be assertive and articulate with the ability to sustain, develop and grow existing customer relationships, and build new ones.
  • The ability to drive the Workday technical design, leading customers to make the hard decisions – this includes good knowledge of end-to-end HR processes, including UK and international statutory requirements and the sort of issues that clients will need to address through the implementation of Workday.
  • In-depth knowledge of the data and integration requirements for Workday HCM and the ability to advise the client on the needs – this includes knowledge of the Workday Roadmap and its competitors.
  • Experience of working in an on-shore, near-shore, off-shore model, and a strong “can-do” attitude and willingness to share knowledge with and learn from their peers.
  • Current Workday certifications in Workday Integrations (incl. Workday Studio certification) and at least one other integration area, i.e., Workday Extend certification.
