Workforce Management Analyst

Salary: £30,000 (DOE) 

Monday - Friday Role 

Hybrid Working

In in addition you will play an integral part in supporting the execution of strategies that support the recruitment, retention and development of our employees

The position will involve you analysing and ensuring the integrity of data whilst interrogating information to ensure that errors are not made - Ideally, you'll have a background in Workforce Management and have worked in either retail, hospitality or project delivery but ultimately, you'll possess excellent analytical skills and have a desire to learn.

More about the role:

Responsibilities include by not limited to:

  • Upload work schedules to our labour management system OURTIME 
  • Reviewing schedules inline with forecast and make proactive change
  • Supporting the operation teams with OURTIME 
  • Work with the Optimisation managers on key projects
  • Assist in the development of work schedules and allocate employees to different duties and/or shifts when required
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes through more effective schedule management and operational impacts
  • Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLA's) are met with OURTIME and operations to ensure all sites are compliant. 
Who you are:

Our ideal analyst will have proven experience of supporting/coaching employees on workforce management systems, be able to demonstrate knowledge of the workforce management system and be personally organised, with a strong eye for detail. 

  • Competent in the use of Microsoft Packages
  • Knowledge of working time directives 
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
