Kier Specialist Services are now recruiting for a Yard Team Leader to join the Tondu Waste Transfer team, to oversee the day to day operations & yard operatives team, working collaboratively with the onsite Supervisors & contract team.
In this vital role, we will look to you ensure the various vehicle & machines checks have been completed; ensure all Health & Safety is being adhered to, including Risk Assessments, SSOW PPE, and Near Misses; and oversee the small team of yard operatives, including coordinator breaks, annual leave, and shift cover.
