We are looking for a dedicated and self-motivated person to join our Employability team to provide top notch administrative support for the Youth Employment Initiative. This is an exciting project which supports young people aged 15 – 29, who are not in employment, education or training by providing one to one support and advice to help them progress into education and employment.
The successful candidate should have a range of skills such as good organisational and communication skills, knowledge of basic administration and office procedures and experience of providing administration support to others to contribute to the successful delivery of the project. You will need to be able to work as part of a team and engage with young people.
Due to COVID-19, many Beyond Housing colleagues are staying safe and working from home if their role allows for it - as a YEI Assistant you will also have the opportunity to do this. Once it is safe for colleagues to return to the office you will still have the flexibility to work from both the office and/or home as we support ‘agile’ working. We understand how important your work environment is when joining a new company, so we will work with you to ensure your work setting is suitable for you.
This post is fixed term and funded until 31 July 2023 through the European Social Fund and The Youth Employment Initiative (YEI) as part of the 2014-2020 European Structural and Investment Funds Growth Programme in England.
