Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

We would support any employee to have up to seven days paid time off to support the armed services, if this is active service or training days for reserve service. Staff would be actively encouraged to assist the cadet forces and we would give then up to five days paid leave to support the cadets and if required up to 14 days unpaid leave on top of their holiday entitlement. All staff members are permitted on a day off to attend any public training courses we are running if space permits, to attend free of charge and if this training is directly beneficial to their role this would be paid. As a family run business we also understand the fast changes of military life and working time can be flexible to help with child drop offs and sickness.
