AAA Caring Caretaker Ltd is totally committed to working with, supporting and positively encouraging our veterans and their families into employment.

Signing the Armed Forces Covenant in 2016, and achieving bronze in 2017, and Silver in 2018 the Company has continued to incorporate the standards and goals outlined in the Armed Forces Covenant.

Our Managing Director, Richard Hamlyn Tucker was awarded an MBE in 2016, for “Services to Business, skills training and the Community”, which acknowledged his commitment and endeavours in training veterans back into work. Appointed as the 1st “XForces” Ambassador in 2017 covering the North East, Richard, has helped mentor 8 (new “Start Up”) veteran owed business and currently has two new “Start Ups” working in partnerships alongside his own business. Richard is also an Advocate and ERS Panel Member on the RFCA Regional Team and has been a finalist in the 2018 Soldiering on Awards.

AAA Caring Caretaker Ltd is a family business owned by Richard H Tucker MBE who was an MT Driver in the RAF. Caring Caretaker was awarded Silver in 2018 by the MOD Employer Recognition, along with other regional and national awards. In 2018 the Company was acknowledged at the Invictus Games to be one of the Top 50 Worldwide Veteran owed companies.

Our ethos has always been and is shown on our vans “Our People” and we proud to be committed to giving ex-servicemen and women together with spouses a new start on ‘civvy street’ through training in Property, Site maintenance and cleaning services. 

With our clients ranging from the Defence Infrastructure Organisation, Landmarc, Solutions, Tees and Esk Valley NHS Trust, Northumberland NHS Trust, Sunderland NHS Trust, Finchale Group, and the Mandale Group to name a few we are gathering pace.
