Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Academy Transformation Trust (ATT) endeavours to uphold the key principles of the Armed Forces Covenant (AFC) in our daily business dealings across our organisation. All our academies within the ATT family are Armed Forces and Veteran friendly, whilst recognising the value serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families may bring to our organisation.
We recognise that no member of the Armed Forces community should face disadvantage, and in some circumstances it may be necessary to make appropriate adjustments for the serving armed forces community and veterans including their families. ATT supports the employment of veterans, recognising military skills and qualifications in our recruitment and selection process; working with the Career Transition Partnership.
