AFH’s Veterans Career Programme offers the perfect route through a structured training program, leading to a long-term rewarding career as an Independent Financial Adviser. The programme consists of three parts, on the job training, rotating in each of the key areas of our business whilst being supported throughout by an experienced team of experts, and off job training carried out by our specialist training team to support the transition into the role of an Independent Financial Adviser whilst studying for the industry recognised qualification, the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Our 12 month training programme will offer successful candidates the opportunity to study for a recognised Diploma qualification in Financial Planning, while adding value into one of our four key teams.  On the job training will be carried out from our Head Office in Bromsgrove.  Once fully qualified the position is home based and work from your chosen location in the UK
