Ajilon resource, train, develop and manage a population of Consultants employed on a permanent basis and deployed into our clients into project based roles.

At the end of the project our consultants will either be extended with the same client, transition into a permanent position with the client (usually in a structured way with L&D provided by Ajilon) or will be redeployed into another client under the same terms.

Our Consultants are our colleagues and, in addition to training & development, each is assigned an HRBP who is there to ensure their well being, welfare and overall experience of Ajilon is a positive one.  We also focus on building communities within our population and not only provide an environment that is financially incentivised on performance but also around celebrating individual and team success.  We have an awards ceremony every year, a monthly newsletter and arrange various socials throughout the year.

Our clients are large corporate with offices all over the UK, this enables us to be flexible with our staff should they need to relocate to another site but also provides flexibility for our clients as they experience our people in different areas of their business.
