About us

Aspire Oxford is an award-winning employment charity and social enterprise.  Founded in 2001, we transform the lives of over 1,000 highly disadvantaged local people each year, supporting them to overcome their barriers to move towards and into employment.  Aspire achieves this through providing real work experience, training and employment through its social enterprise, alongside intensive one-to-one coaching, holistic support and by introducing work-ready candidates to employers.

Aspire is a responsible recruiter with 53% of its current workforce having lived experience of the disadvantages we enable others to tackle every day.  Aspire enjoys high levels of staff motivation and retention.
