Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

In 2015 Bank of America signed the Armed Forces Covenant; in 2016 the bank was awarded the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme Gold Award by the United Kingdom’s Secretary of State for Defence. 

The bank’s Military Support & Assistance Group (MSAG) is dedicated to helping provide a network of military and military spouse diverse talent across the bank.  MSAG is proud to have a global network of over 12,000 members including retired military, active National Guard & Reserve members, military spouses, relatives, friends and general supporters of military veterans. 

MSAG in the UK was formally launched in 2012 and supports company-wide efforts to attract, retain, and develop military veterans and military spouses.  Their mission is to:

• Provide exceptional support to those who serve in the military, whether Regular or Reserve, those who have served in the past, and their families
• Attract, recruit and mentor the best veteran talent
• Promote awareness of the skills and ethos of military service.
