Circle Health Group is proud to support the UK's Armed Forces and reservists, with BMI Healthcare, part of Circle Health Group joining the Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme in 2018.
We were awarded the Silver Award in The Ministry of Defence's Armed Forces Covenant Employer Recognition Scheme 2019. This scheme recognises employers who actively support the Armed Forces and reservists in conducting their duties. Our Reservist staff benefit from taking ten paid days leave each year for military training.
We are committed to being an employer of choice, striving to support the armed forces in their employment across our 50+ UK hospitals and developing the very best talent. We have a clear Career Development path that offers further training for our staff looking to pick up new skills including apprenticeship programs for clinical roles, to industry recognised leadership qualifications.
Many of our staff, including our Clinicians and Senior Management Team, served in the Armed Forces and we are immensely proud of our links to the military. To assist you with the transition to ‘Civvy Street’, we offer an Employee Assist Programme who are available 24/7 and provide free, professional support across all welfare matters.
