Brightlink are committed to our learners and employees and to meeting their needs to give their best when working with us. We are committed to the armed forces covenant, offering learning experiences to current and former services personnel and their families wherever they may be in the world. Our Technical and Creative Director is a veteran and supporting veterans is therefore very close to our hearts. 

We offer most of our employees the opportunity to work remotely, balancing our needs with their own and those of their families and we are accredited living wage employers. We adopt a co-operative and restorative ethos to the way we work as a team and we think all of these factors make Brightlink a great place to work!

Whenever we advertise a role, just as when we advertise our courses, we would welcome applications from suitably qualified service personnel, veterans or their families. We take a very common sense approach to reviewing experience and love to train together to develop new experience and skills. Your location and need to work particular hours can be very flexible indeed and we'll work very hard to make sure you're still a part of everything we do as a team, no matter where you are or when you work.

About us

Brightlink is a family run training company specialising in online learning. We are a Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx) accredited centre and are also accredited by the CPD Registration Service. 
We offer CILEx lawyer qualifications at levels 3 and 6, continuing professional development and personal development courses via online and blended learning and increasingly, we offer face to face learning experiences.
