Buckinghamshire New University

Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

We believe that the growth and success of BNU depends ultimately on its people. The diversity of experience, skills and qualities of our people are core to making Bucks a great place to work and study. Core to this will be becoming an employer of choice. We will strive to create and maintain an environment that will enable all of our people to fulfil their career ambition in a university that is not only 'right' for them, but also challenges them and supports their development to embrace the future.

Buckinghamshire New University offers a range of benefits (including flexible working and generous pension schemes), employee well-being activities (including some free onsite gym classes and discounted onsite gym membership), continuous professional development opportunities, a reward and recognition scheme, and a friendly environment for all staff.

About us

From offering evening classes to the local community, to teaching soldiers skills to help them find employment after the First World War, Buckinghamshire New University has been many things to many people. We recently celebrated our 125th anniversary and have been working towards a vision to create an environment where innovation, creativity, and enterprise flourish. Our vision focuses on our education, our research and our people. And of course, our students will be at the heart of everything we do.
