Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
CTTS provide telecoms training to a large number of commercial companies. We promote resettlement clients and ex Service Personnel generally as potential employees to our commercial clients, highlighting the unique qualities they have as well as the skills they have gained as a result of their CTTS training. We have arranged assessment days at our premises free of charge for companies including Virgin Media and Openreach to meet our Forces Leaver clients.
We explain how valuable service leavers and veterans can be for businesses, and also dispel any myths surrounding reserve service which might have previously prevented them considering recruiting ‘reservists’ as part of their workforce. To date, at least 40 companies have signed the AFC as a result of our association with them.
CTTS are proud to have 9 Ex-Forces employees, who bring the Forces ethos of Respect, Integrity, Commitment and Loyalty to the workplace for our benefit and our clients. We encourage applications from reservists offering support to fulfil their duties.
CTTS Ltd provide 21st Century Telecommunications training and qualifications to allow engineers to work across the whole Telecoms Sector in a wide variety of roles. Whether you wish to work for large blue chip organisations like Virgin Media or BT Openreach or for smaller companies around the UK, Europe or Worldwide, our qualifications ensure our engineers are future proofed and able to work for any company and anywhere in the world.
Our courses are designed to teach anyone and there is no need to have any technical or engineering background. During your training our recruitment team will assist you in CV compilation and arrange a date for you to undertake a 2 week work placement which will be organised when and where you want it. Most work placements lead to a permanent job offer. Our aim is to help you into employment and then provide you with our unique ‘after care’ package of support, advice and recruitment services for as long you wish to remain part of the ‘CTTS Community’.
