Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Cambridge University Hospitals (CUH) NHS Foundation Trust are currently proud Silver Award holders of the Employee Recognition Scheme for the Armed Forces Community. This means we think of the Armed Forces community when recruiting and demonstrate this. After signing the covenant we ensure our processes support Armed Forces applicants. We have a HR Policy that provides appropriate leave for mandatory training requirements and invite our local Regiment to promote internally at our Recruitment Events and in our concourse onsite. We regularly engage with Regional Armed Forces events to share and develop ways of supporting further. We have many success stories within the Trust and are always excited to welcome our next. We understand the transferable skills and know they will be of great value in a new role here at the hospital.
