Catalyze is a signatory to the Armed Forces Covenant and a Gold Award holder of the Employer Recognition Scheme. We are keen to support the military community. Specifically, we support the employment of veterans, spouses, and reservists. We understand the needs of this community and the diversity, skills, and attributes that they can bring to employers. Amongst our workforce we have veterans, spouses, and parents of military cadets.
We are a rapidly growing company and became an Employee Owned Trust (EOT) in February 2022. Even if we don't have vacancies we are happy to be a friendly ear to members of the military community to bounce ideas off as part of our pledge to support the military community.
