Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
Our commitment is to support the armed forces community and offer employment opportunities to the armed forces network, We have a number of employees within the council with an armed forces background and we encourage more to apply for our vacancies.
We currently have the bronze award for our commitment to the covenant and working hard to gain the silver award and looking at applying when the window opens in January, on our events we actively promote the covenant and more recently supported two more veteran charities to sign up and successfully gained a bronze award.

We are a local Council covering Cheshire East borough who employs a veteran support officer who is designated to support local charities and groups supporting the veteran community, We are dedicated to providing ongoing support and guidance to the forces community within our borough and committed to achieving high standards of support to those who need it.
