About us

At Chesterfield Royal Hospital NHS Foundation Trust we provide a full range of district general services, including 24-hour urgent and emergency care, specialist children’s services, maternity and community midwifery to the population of North Derbyshire and beyond – more than 400,000 local people.  We also offer Royal Primary Care services through three GP practices with eight surgeries between them in Chesterfield and North East Derbyshire. We work closely with our partners across health and care as part of the Joined Up Care Derbyshire system.
