Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
As a company, we actively recruit veterans and those from the forces community, and believe we are an armed forces friendly organisation through and through. We have a guaranteed interview scheme for those armed forces personnel who are in the process of transitioning out of the forces, in addition we support our employees who choose to be members of the Reserve forces, including accommodating training and deployment where possible. We also look to support cadet units where we can, by supporting any employees who may be adult volunteers in the cadet force.
We advertise our vacancies via CTP and Forces Families Jobs to ensure that our vacancies are made known to the armed forces communities. As a significant proportion of our staff are veterans, and we also have a staff referral scheme, where we can encourage people to access their own network of veterans.
About us
We work with schools, with the primary aim of our programmes being to help develop essential life skills and character skills to young people nationwide. At the heart of everything we do is supporting fantastic teachers and senior leaders, with a focus on whole school improvement and a whole school approach, delivered through our suggested RESPECT framework. Schools can either buy our Instructor led programme, where they have an instructor working in their schools, or our School led programme where the buy the kit and resources to deliver our programmes themselves. For our Instructor led programme, we need amazing, inspirational people who can demonstrate the core values of the military, and model the behaviour which we want young people to follow themselves.
