Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

We pledge to uphold the key principles of the Armed Forces Covenant by recognising the value that serving personnel, reservists, veterans and military families can bring to our business. We will seek to uphold the principles of the Covenant by aspiring to become an Armed Forces-friendly organisation. We’ll support the employment of veterans, we’ll recognise military skills and qualifications in our recruitment and selection processes, we’ll work with the Career Transition Partnership (CTP) to support the employment of Service leavers, and, we’ll support the employment of Service spouses and partners by partnering with the Forces Families Jobs Forum. We’ll also embrace National events such as Armed Forces Day, Reserves Day, the Poppy Appeal Day and other Remembrance activities. We’ll publicise our commitments through our recruitment literature and/or on our careers website, setting out how we will seek to honour them, and, we’ll invite feedback from the Service community on how we are doing.
