  • we guarantee to support severely injured personnel into work by offering home-working, flexible initiatives to support their complex needs. (Providing appropriate criteria are met);
  • endeavouring to offer a degree of flexibility in granting leave for Service spouses and partners before, during and after a partner’s deployment;
  • seeking to support our employees who choose to be members of the Reserve forces, including by accommodating their training and deployment where possible.

To make outsourcing and work obtainable by the many, not the few. We have worked har to ensure we are affordable and flexible – so more business owners can access our variety of services. Whilst offering flexible working opportunities to help men/women into flexible work. Giving people a choice... to continue driving their career forward and progressing as you would expect in any organisation, whilst working flexibly. To create opportunities to progress into management and beyond!

We have created an alternative to the main 3 choices: 

  1. Being office bound with very little flex
  2. Being a business owner
  3. Being a freelancer / associate VA 

Now, there is a 4th option: To have the flexibility and growth similar to being a business owner/freelancer, whilst having the support you’d expect of the office bound worker – PLUS being an employee on payroll!
