To make outsourcing and work obtainable by the many, not the few. We have worked har to ensure we are affordable and flexible – so more business owners can access our variety of services. Whilst offering flexible working opportunities to help men/women into flexible work. Giving people a choice... to continue driving their career forward and progressing as you would expect in any organisation, whilst working flexibly. We have created an alternative to the main 3 choices:

3. Being a freelancer / associate VA 

Now, there is a 4th option: To have the flexibility and growth similar to being a business owner/freelancer, whilst having the support you’d expect of the office bound worker – PLUS being an employee on payroll!
