Dwr Cymru Welsh Water

Description

Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant

Welsh Water has committed to the Armed Forces community and we recognise the value service personnel, veterans, reservists and military families bring to our organisation. We strive to support the values of the Armed Forces Covenant in many ways, including:

- consider offering an interview to spouses/partners who meet the selection criteria laid out in the job advert

- assessing requests for leave before, during and after a partner's deployment in line with our policies

- offering generous leave for reservists

- actively supporting our commitment to the Armed Forces by promoting Armed Forces Day and by participating in Armistice Day remembrance

- working with local cadet groups and military prep groups to offer insight and employability support.
