About us
The South & East Lincolnshire Councils Partnership (S&ELCP) is a ground-breaking partnership between Boston Borough Council, East Lindsey District Council and South Holland District Council. The Partnership was officially launched on Friday 1 October (Lincolnshire Day) 2021 aimed at delivering ambitious growth and regeneration plans to 300,000 of its residents. A shared Corporate Management Team is in place which will now start to develop a plan of delivery which will include three Towns Fund deals and a capital programme expected to reach almost £200m.
The councils are proud to be a family-friendly and Disability Confident employer and we put our staff and our communities at the heart of what we do. We are committed to ensuring our staff are suitably trained, developed and equipped with the relevant tools to be able to undertake their role to a high standard. We aim to provide our staff with a safe and happy work environment that allows them to harness their talents and feel supported both professionally, and personally. Health and well-being is instrumental in achieving our ambitions and is a key priority both internally and externally; we continue to offer a range of employee benefits and suite of policies to allow our staff to feel valued and promote work-life balance.
