Our commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
East London Foundation Trust is a member of the Veterans Covenant Healthcare Alliance (VCHA) which is a group of healthcare providers who have volunteered to develop, share and drive the implementation of best practice that will improve the care of UK Armed Forces Veterans, in line with the commitments set out in the Armed Forces Covenant. This also includes compliance to the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme. The Trust has made a commitment to supporting the Armed Forces / Veterans community as an employer and will proactively demonstrate its forces-friendly credentials as part of its recruitment and selection processes.
