About us

Enbarr are a Multi-Award-winning Training and Recruitment service that has its own purpose-built in-house training facility in North Wales.  Enbarr deliver a bespoke Search and Selection service across numerous sectors. 

The group has now established a new Social Enterprise called Enbarr Foundation CIC, A key Aim of the Foundation is to support our Social Impact, and key initiatives close to our Directors heart to include supporting those in the Armed Forces, their families and veterans and raising Awareness around Hidden Disabilities especially Mental-Health.

The foundation mission is to further support’s those most at risk in our communities with upskilling and training in one to one interviews, and CV workshops, plus basic skills analysis and educating in sectors such as Aerospace, Manufacturing, AMTC, Automotive and Space and are key drivers to the STEM AGENDA for Wales.
