Our Commitment to the Armed Forces Covenant
We are a business which specialises in the provision of Financial services products for the Forces.
Our commitment to the covenant is twofold. Firstly, we are committed to ensure that our customers meet no disadvantage when it comes to Insurance provision, and we work tirelessly with our insurance partners to ensure our products are fit for purpose and priced as competitively as possible where “real value” can be evident. This includes providing valuable cover in areas which are undesirable to the open market, in many cases we are the only UK provider in a market.
Secondly, as a Forces Specialist company we promote positive activity with both our internal and external policies. With regards to our recruitment policy we actively look to recruit veterans, reservists and family members of serving personnel. We favourably offer as much support as required, whilst maintaining and upholding our corporate responsibilities and adhering to agreed SLA’s.
About Us
Forces Solutions is a “Specialist Insurance Broker” serving members of HM Forces. We provide Military Motor Insurance and Travel insurance specially designed for the unique lifestyle of HM Forces. We have negotiated special schemes with the UK’s top insurers to cover personnel both in the UK and whilst posted on NATO deployments within Europe. In some cases, we are the only UK insurer who provides this.
Personnel based overseas are looking for some familiarity especially when it comes to protecting themselves against financial loss. We offer valuable cover at competitive prices and ensure that all documentation is in English, so they are aware of their obligations. The alternative is seeking local insurance where conditions are outlined in the local language.
The test of any Insurance policy is assistance in the event of claim, by offering a UK based policy our customers have the assurance that should they need assistance we are on hand to provide this.
Another major aspect of our offering is to assist “Vulnerable” customers, these include visiting NATO personnel and those recruited from the commonwealth, such as Gurkhas.
We are a proud signee of the Armed Forces Covenant, and our company ethos is one of the primary principles of the covenant, which is to ensure no member of the Forces family meets a disadvantage. We have recently been awarded a Silver ERS award, and we are now working tirelessly to get a Gold award.
